Climate change is transforming the way we grow food, how we eat, and how we preserve cultural heritage.
SINFONIA brings together researchers from the fields of environmental studies, nutrition and food sciences, innovation, and the arts to explore new ways of regenerating soils, developing healthy and more sustainable food solutions, and devising strategies for heritage preservation in the context of climate change.
Through agricultural practices, food innovation, and artistic creation, the project seeks to bring scientific knowledge, culture, and society closer together.
